Iskar3 is a guest house run by an english family, it is very friendly and has a lot to offer.. I would recomend it anyday, they even do airport pickups from sofia at very reasonable prices and for the price of a night you get exceptional service... A home from home..

I have used this Guesthouse and yes you are completely spot on with what you say.. they are in the Mezdra area and go out there way to help you and make your stay as comfortable as possible

This is a very cosy, welcoming establishment, run by a friendly couple from England.If you are looking for a clean, well run place to stay where you will feel comfortable and be given accurate information about the surrounding areas, Bulgarian culture and things to do, this is the place to base your visit.Dawn and Dave are a mine of information and go above and beyond what you could reasonably expect, they will glady allow free use of all the amenities they have in their kitchen and can provide cooked meals to a good standard if required.They made our experience of Bulgaria a good one and fell over themselves to be of assistance to us, helping with things like language, shopping and getting around.They have a good knowledge of the area and will happily impart this to you.If you are looking for a clean, well run friendly place to stay near Mezdra and Vratza, look no further, you have found it.

What a wonderful place to stay, Dave and Dawn are great hosts and made my stay one of the best I have had in Bulgaria.

I would recomend this Guest House very highly.

The Room I stayed in had  private balcony and a very large en suite and even though there was tea and coffee available in the room I never had to use it as the kitchen was at my disposal all day and night and as much tea and coffe (at no extra charge) was available at all times.

Thay made me feel like a friend and when the trip was over I never wanted to leave as I felt so relaxed and at home.

The evening meals I had were of a high quality, ok there was no set menu they just asked me what I would like and that eveing it was on the table...What a pizza... Best I have ever had.. all other meals were great too.

Please Visit this Guest House/Home as Iskar3 owned and run by Dave and Dawn is well worth the money.

What a place..

Relaxing atmosphear, I came to stay hear on other recomondations, they were all true, the owners do go out there way to help. The walking in the area is amazing, if you want relaxing road walks with no or very little traffic, to the extreme mountain eco walks this is the place to be. Loved every minute, went away as friends, will be back.

Would highly recoment iskar 3

Great Guest house, amazing people, wonderful Location, Ideal for walking and hiking which is why I went to test the waters (so to speak)  Will return with friends next time
